Deadline of abstract submission has passed. You can send your questions regarding abstracts to ecs2009abstract@tudav.org or Chair of the Scientific Committee (Graham Pierce).
Please note that an individual may be the first author on one abstract only, irrespective of whether it is a poster, oral or invited talk. Only the first author may present the paper.
The Scientific Committee will arrange for all abstracts to be peer reviewed (see the Abstract guidelines) and authors will be informed whether their presentations are accepted before the deadline of the early registration (early January 2009).
Student awards
As at previous conferences, there will be awards for the best graduate and undergraduate student oral and poster presentations. Students are encouraged to submit presentations for the award. To be eligible, students must be the first authors of their paper. Further details are given with the ECS guidelines for abstract submission .
