Have you ever seen a monk seal ? I'm a monk seal. Would you like to get to know me? My name is Tombik.	I choose to live in deserted shores and caves in the Mediterrenaen Sea.	I like to eat fish and swim.
I love my mother very much because my mother is very important to me. My mother feeds me with milk, cares for me and loves me a lot, as all mothers do.	Every morning, after breakfast, I go out to play with my friends in the blue sea.	When I am tired I find a nice rock to sleep and rest in the sun shine. Do you sleep like me in the afternoon? We love nature and the silent places.
My grandfather told me that there used to be many monk seals in Mediterranean Sea. But now our generation has decreased and in order to increase again we must be protected from danger.	Unfortunately our homes have been polluted because so many houses and hotels have been built along our silent seaside. Because of the noise we can not sleep in the afternoon anymore.	My grandfather says that we should find clean, nice and silent new places to live somewhere else. Unfortunately it's very hard…
The fish we eat have started to disapear because of the pollution and we can not find enough to eat. Sometimes we collect the fish from fishermens nets and accidently damage their nets. They don't like that.	Dear Kids, Please tell the fishermen not to get angry at us. They need to love us and help us to live happily with our family and friends like we used to. Please protect us. Because we love you and nature.	Tombiks' story is over. Lets protect the environment and nature in order to prevent these mammals and other species disapearing. Help to protect the monk seals.
