Proposals for Mediterranean Monk Seal Conservation Areas

TÜDAV (Turkish Marine Research Foundation) supports and works towards the creation of marine protected areas in the Aegean Sea between Turkey and Greece, primarily for the Mediterranean Monk Seal. This would enable joint efforts to protect this critically endangered species. This map includes maps of previously proposed conservation areas.
